How long does it take?

In general it takes the average C.D.C.S volunteer 1.5 – 2 hours to discover all the dragon Eggs on a trail.

However you are welcome to take as long as you need (within the garden opening times) to meander and explore the gardens in search of the Dragon Eggs.  Just beware of Dragons throughout your quest.

Who would enjoy the Trail?

The trail is made for Brave, Kind and curious families and individuals of all ages.

Young and old alike delight in the wonder of finding the eggs and discovering more about the dragon species with the educational dragon info associated with each Dragon Egg.

The trails generally stick to the paths so pushchairs and wheelchair users can enjoy the trail (weather permitting)

Dogs on Leads are very welcome too.

What should we bring?

You are entering dragon habitat. This can be muddy and slippery or glorious and sunny depending on the great British weather on the day.

On the whole sensible shoes, appropriate clothing and a keen eye for spotting both eggs and dragons are advised.
